MINIMUM 1 YEAR IN GENERAL LABOR AND OR CONSTRUCTION.

Connect Staffing is seeking a hard-working General Labor / Helper  or a restoration company in the city of Irvine, CA.

Schedule:  Monday through Friday, 8:30 am-5:00 pm with OT as needed.

Requirements of a General Laborer:

• Minimum 1-year experience in general labor 
• Must have reliable transportation
• The ability to stand for extended periods.
• Must be okay with environments exposed to dirt, dust, and debris
• Prior experience in construction, Demolition, Drywall, Construction Helper, and Groundskeeping is a plus!

Responsibilities of a General Laborer:

• Assessing damaged properties to see what can be saved.
• Sort and remove debris and waste materials from the worksite.
• Transport materials to appropriate disposal or recycling areas.
• Follow all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a secure work environment. 
• Communicate with team members and supervisors to coordinate cleanup tasks and report any issues.
• Load and unload materials and equipment, including demolition debris, scrap metal, and discarded items.
• Assist with the dismantling and removal of old structures, fixtures, and equipment.
