We have an outstanding career opportunity for a GymManager to join a leading Company located in the Hunt Valley, MD surrounding area.

Salary: $55,000 - $75,000

The Fitness Center Manager oversees the daily operations, maintenance, and programming of the Fitness Center. This role requires strong critical thinking, communication, and customer service skills. The Manager ensures the gym operates at a first-class standard, engages members, and coordinates with internal teams to deliver a high-quality fitness experience.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist all gym members, prospects, and vendors.
• Respond to calls, emails, and voicemails on the same business day.
• Manage new member sign-ups, tours, waivers, and app setup.
• Verify member status; assist with payment issues and account updates.
• Promote upcoming classes and events to increase engagement.
• Run monthly membership and usage reports.
• Manage tenant voucher programs and maintain accurate records.
• Conduct daily inspections; report and track maintenance via Prism and Workspeed.
• Ensure cleanliness, equipment safety, music/media functionality, and general upkeep.
• Respond to and document injuries; maintain safety protocols.
• Create and update class schedules monthly; lead classes as scheduled.
• Plan fitness challenges and wellness promotions.
• All other duties as assigned.

Basic Hiring Criteria:

• High School Degree or equivalent.
• Fitness industry experience preferred.
• CPR and AED Certified.
• Fitness class certifications are a plus.
