Our stylists are W2 employees with guaranteed hourly pay and steady tips. Our team members make up to $30-$35 per hour of total income. We also have a 401(k) and 2 different medical insurance plans - benefits that are very rare in this industry.

Licensed Hair Stylist/Cosmetologist Benefits:

Licensed Hair Stylist/Cosmetologist Qualifications:

Valid TX Cosmetology License
Outstanding Customer Service skills
Team Player
Skill to listen and understand what the customer wants.

Licensed Hair Stylist/Cosmetologist Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service.
Provide quality haircuts, in a timely matter, in a fast-paced environment.
Learn and use the 5 Steps to Customer Care with every customer to ensure that they return to our salon.
Follow all state board regulations for safety and sanitation. This includes helping with daily salon cleaning tasks.
