This is a fully remote position, but you must reside within a one-hour radius of 7901 E. Lowry Blvd, Denver, CO 80230.

Compensation & Schedule
Start Date: April 14
Training Pay: $21.63/hr
Post-Training Pay: $22.66/hr
Training Schedule (12 Weeks)
Hours will fluctuate between Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM MST or 11:30 AM-8:00 PM MST.
Schedules are assigned post-training and may vary based on call volume, with advance notice provided.
Work Schedule After Training
Must be available to work weekends.
Shifts may start as early as 7:00 AM MST or end as late as 9:30 PM MST (Monday-Sunday).
You will always have two consecutive days off during the week.
What You'll Be Doing
Answer a high volume of incoming calls with professionalism and empathy.
Assist members with benefit inquiries, eligibility questions, billing issues, ID card requests, and payment processing.
Accurately update patient profiles and demographics using dual-screen technology.
Maintain compliance and track interactions using industry-leading software.
What You'll Need
At least 6 months of call center experience (or 2+ years in a customer service role).
Ability to pass a required assessment.
Flexibility to work within the required hours of operation.
Healthcare knowledge is a plus but not required.
