Hook Crane Operator -Port Allen
Full Time
$35/hr+. An interview is required, and based on experience

Express Employment Professionals, a full-service staffing agency, is currently hiring for the Baton Rouge Road Construction Company. They currently have a bridge project in Port Allen. This is a great full-time, long-term job opportunity with a large, well-established construction company located in Baton Rouge. 40+ hours per week. A resume and an Interview are required for this position.
**Experience and Skills Required for Hook Crane Operator: **
Operate cranes and other lifting equipment according to safety regulations and site procedures.
Inspect cranes and rigging daily to ensure proper function and safety compliance.
Work closely with riggers, signalpersons, and ground crews to complete lifts accurately and efficiently.
Maintain detailed records of lifts, maintenance, and inspections.
Perform routine maintenance and report equipment issues promptly.
Follow all OSHA, site, and company safety policies at all times.
**Qualifications **
2+ years of crane operation experience (hook or overhead crane preferred).
Valid NCCCO (or equivalent) crane operator certification preferred.
Ability to read load charts and understand crane capacities.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Must pass a drug screen and background check.
Reliable transportation to and from the work site.
