Job Description

Description We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter to join our team on a contract basis in Sunrise, Florida. In this role, you will contribute to the recruitment efforts across various departments, including IT, sales, marketing, administration, and accounting. We are a fast-paced IT company. Hours are 8am - 5pm, this role is fully onsite. Responsibilities: - Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for technical and non-technical roles. - Collaborate with department leaders to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. - Utilize applicant tracking systems to maintain organized records of candidate information and recruitment progress. - Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications to ensure alignment with job requirements. - Source candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, social media, and reliable networks. - Support the onboarding process and ensure a smooth transition for new hires. - Work closely with the HR team to align recruitment efforts with organizational goals. - Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular updates on hiring progress. - Coordinate scheduling and communication for candidate interviews. - Maintain compliance with company policies and employment regulations throughout the hiring process. Requirements - Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting. - Proven ability to recruit for both technical and non-technical roles. - Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills for conducting interviews and engaging with candidates. - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Knowledge of employment laws and hiring regulations. - Experience in corporate recruiting and sourcing strategies. - Business casual attire required Monday through Friday, with casual Fridays allowing jeans and sneakers.
