HR Recruiter to manage our full cycle recruitment, from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates.
HR Recruiter responsibilities include sourcing candidates online, updating job ads and conducting background checks. If you have experience with various job interview formats, including phone screenings and group interviews, and can help us recruit faster and more effectively, we’d like to meet you.
Ultimately, you will play an important part in building a strong employer brand for our company to ensure we attract, hire and retain the most qualified employees.
Responsibilities - Design and update job descriptions
- Source potential candidates from various online channels
- Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
- Screen incoming resumes and application forms
- Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person)
- Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
- Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits
- Participate in job fairs, travel 25% of the time
- Collaborate with scheduling manager to identify future hiring needs
- Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard
- Must be a Notary for the State of Alabama
- Must be able to work at the Office 0800-1600 Monday-Friday
- Must dress business casual
- Punctuality is a must
- Must be able to work alone and as a team
The ideal candidate will be familiar with HR best practices; have at least 1 year experience working in an HR department; work as an individual or as a team. Must be able to travel as this position is for the Birmingham and Tuscaloosa Area. Travel is 25% of the requirement for this position. This position is 70% Recruitment 30% Human Resources. Salary: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour (Depending on the level of Experience)
