Farwest Climate Control is looking to hire HVAC technicians that want to grow their careers. Our team is looking to add technicians that can bring value to the company and customers we serve. Farwest is growing and currently has positions in Yakima and Ellensburg. We want reliable people to join our team and help grow Farwest. • You are responsible for diagnosing and repairing HVAC equipment for flat rate repairs, performing regular maintenance visits, cultivating leads for replacements.
• Must be able to use an IPAD for paperwork and billing. Knowledge of Service Titan billing system is a plus.
• Must be self motivated, courteous and knowledgeable in all aspects of heating and air conditioning systems.
• Must possess valid Washington State drivers license, and have a good driving record.
• Must be able to pass criminal background check and illegal drug screen (cannabinoids OK).

Qualifications:

• Technical school certification in HVAC.
• Valid HVAC certification and EPA 608 certification.
• Proven experience in HVAC maintenance, and repair.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical systems, and mechanical operations.
• Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Farwest will perform commercial HVAC, electrical projects as well as Residential HVAC and electrical services. Including HVAC system replacements, Maintenance Repairs.
