We are seeking a dedicated Part-Time Custodian to join our team. The Custodian will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment, ensuring the facilities are safe and functional for all occupants. Hours: Monday-Friday 3-8 (flexible)
**This position is located in a Daycare-Fingerprint Background Check Required***
Responsibilities
- Perform cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
- Maintain and stock cleaning supplies
- Clean and sanitize restrooms and common areas
- Perform floor care duties including buffing and waxing
- Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as needed
- Conduct minor repairs or notify management of maintenance needs
Experience
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning and custodial work
- Knowledge of floor care techniques
- Experience in residential painting is a plus
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Familiarity with industrial cleaning practices
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
