As a Jewelry Consultant, you will help customers through their shopping journey using different ways to connect with them: in-person visits, virtual appointments, phone calls, or live chat! You will assist customers in finding the perfect jewelry from our luxury collection.
Your goal is to meet and exceed sales targets while creating special experiences for our customers during important moments in their lives.
The best candidate for this job is someone who can work full-time, including weekends. This job will take place at our showroom in Alpharetta, GA.
Here’s what you will do:
- Use sales techniques and good product knowledge to help customers make choices during appointments and walk-in visits, creating memorable experiences.
- Manage many incoming sales inquiries through email, chat, and calls to reach your sales goals, providing a high-quality customer experience.
- Greet customers, check them in, and help them through the buying process, making their experience special and personal.
- Conduct follow-up appointments to help customers with pick-ups, exchanges, resizing, and questions after their purchases.
- Call customers to confirm their showroom appointments and answer any questions they may have before their visit. - Look at customer feedback and online reviews, working with your leaders to improve the customer experience and your sales results.
- Ensure a safe and pleasant experience for all guests by following rules in the waiting area and keeping the products secure. - Open and/or close the showroom and waiting area.
- Use our system to manage your tasks and communicate with your team.
