As a Jewelry Consultant you will help customers through the buying process using different platforms: in-person meetings virtual appointments phone calls or live chat! You will help customers find their perfect jewelry from our luxury collection.
By meeting and exceeding sales goals in a busy environment this team creates special moments and shares in the joy of our customers lives. Want to know what a typical day is like
The best candidate for this job can work full-time and is available on weekends.
This position is in-person at our Palo Alto CA showroom.
Job Duties - Use your sales skills and product knowledge to help customers make buying decisions creating a memorable and personalized experience for each person.
- Handle a lot of incoming sales requests through email live chat and phone calls to meet your sales goals while providing a luxury experience fitting for our high-quality products.
- Welcome and assist customers when they arrive making their experience special and personal.
- Follow up with customers after their purchase to help with pick-ups exchanges resizing and any other questions they may have.
- Call customers to confirm their appointments and answer any questions they have before their visit.
- Look at customer feedback and online reviews and work with your leaders to improve the customer experience and your sales performance.
- Ensure a safe and pleasant environment for everyone in the showroom and keep products secure.
- Open and/or close the showroom and waiting area. - Use our ERP system to manage your tasks and communicate with others.
- Be a brand supporter sharing our mission to create a more sustainable and compassionate jewelry industry.
