Job Description:

Skillset

• Knowledge in Jira Software (Cloud) and Atlassian suite of products maintenance and administration

• Strong knowledge in analytics and reporting experience
• Prior working knowledge in a portfolio management team preferred
• Strong knowledge on system administration, configuration, and customization of Atlassian tools mainly Jira
• Preferred Mural knowledge
• Preferred Scripting knowledge
• Knowledge in CI/CD tools integration and maintenance
• Service now knowledge preferred

Roles and Responsibilities

• Installs, configures, and manages Jira instances
• Create and configure new projects, schemes, and assets Vet, install, and upgrade apps, plugins, and integrations
• Monitor and ensure the overall health of the application
• Perform/Coordinate application upgrades if needed
• Manage users, groups, and access, training etc.
• Debug errors if any and assist in issue resolution of Jira instances/other tools by interacting with
• Atlassian/vendors
• Integration of Jira instances with available/new tools and plugin
• Report of usage/non-usage
• Recommend/assist in finding appropriate plugins suitable to Customer
• Reporting and Analytics knowledge from Jira and other systems
• Prior working experience in a portfolio management team understanding process and assist in report
• Generation and maintaining data integrity in tools such as Jira
• Maintain Jira user groups, access, and administration
• Maintain Mural user groups, access, and administration
• Ticket handling in Service now related to Jira/Atlassian products
