Job Summary: Fully Remote
We are looking for a motivated and goal-driven Junior Admin Representative to join our growing team remotely. In this role, you will be able to support our sales efforts by reaching out to prospects, qualifying leads, and helping in closing small-to-mid-size deals.
Key Responsibilities:
Reach out to leads, customers, and partners via phone, email, and LinkedIn
Schedule meetings and demos for the manager of the department
Qualify incoming leads and maintain CRM records
Follow up with potential clients and answer basic product questions
Meet weekly targets for outreach and conversions
Requirements:
Strong communication skills in English (spoken & written)
Comfortable using email, Google meet, Zoom, and online tools
Self-disciplined and able to work independently from home
Passion for learning and a positive, energetic attitude
Prior sales or customer service experience is a plus (not required)
