Job Summary:
TreviPay is a company focused on B2B payments and invoicing, providing a global network for sellers. They are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of various projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and client expectations.
Responsibilities:
• Leverage project management best practices to lead and manage domestic and international projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget, often navigating multiple projects concurrently
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation
• Ensure compliance with company policies
• Demonstrate ownership of project deliverables
• Proactively monitor project progress and identify potential risks along the critical path
• Collaborate with the cross-functional teams to implement mitigation strategies to ensure minimal disruption to project timelines, while communicating the same
• Thoroughly understand the technology and operational processes to evaluate stakeholder requests and determine what is reasonable or possible
• Build and enhance positive working relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
• Schedule and facilitate meetings with internal and external cross-functional teams, including, but not limited to, software development, product management, marketing, account management, credit and risk, and customer support
• Communicate project status, updates, and issues to stakeholders, including senior management and clients
• Demonstrate solid organization, management, and relationship skills consistent with TreviPay’s core values of Tenacity, Ingenuity and Empathy.
• Mentor and coach Project Coordinators in process and quality relevant to day-to-day tasks and procedures
• Provide updates for change management initiatives, project management, and program implementation on behalf of Department Leadership
• Disseminate information and communicate ideas on behalf of Department Leadership
• Bring department issues to the surface, ensure appropriate action is taken, and communicate results
• Minimal travel as needed
Qualifications:
Required:
• 4-year university degree or related field experience required
• Mastery-level knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Project
• 2+ years of successful client-facing project delivery
• Excellent relationship builder
• Proactive, strategic thinker
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and responsive
• Ability to prioritize tasks and problem-solve on the fly
• Self-motivated AND able to motivate others
• Competitive spirit
• Aware of and capable of navigating cultural differences
• Able to influence behavior in a matrix environment, across multiple functions within TreviPay and with the client
• Experience with understanding contracts
• Professional demeanor; exerts a positive influence on those around him/her.
• Ability to provide and receive constructive feedback
• Ability to multitask and effectively prioritize work to meet both internal and external commitments
Preferred:
• PMP or equivalent project management certification
• Fluency in multiple languages a plus
