Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills. Manage the workflow of all employees and delegate tasks effectively. Supervise and lead a team of 1-3 employees on a daily basis. Develop and Coach Souls throughout the year to exceed Performance Development Plan Train temporary personnel to develop product and process knowledge. Ensure daily goals, deadlines, and performance standards are met. Ensure effective and timely communication with team members on a daily basis. Foster cross-functional collaboration with partner stores and teams. Collaborate with the NY Warehouse and Ecommerce Operations to address urgent inventory needs and facilitate transfers. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively. Proficient in time management and prioritization of work assignments. Capable of working independently in a high-paced work environment. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency with Mac Applications and Microsoft Suite. Experience with e-commerce shipping software is a plus. Ability to maintain a consistent teamwork mentality throughout all tasks and interactions. Must be able to stand, bend, twist, and walk for length of shift.
