Job Description

Salary: $78,600 - 142,275 per year Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience (preferred).
  • Familiarity with Java Spring Boot and React (preferred).
  • Experience with AI and MCP is not mandatory but considered a plus.
Responsibilities:
  • I will actively engage in iteration planning meetings to ensure our team shares a common understanding of each story and task in our backlog.
  • I will contribute to executing our strategy while keeping customer needs and desires at the forefront.
  • I shall collaborate with the team in the design of systems and applications.
  • I will attend daily team standups, both on-site and across different sites.
  • I will participate in retrospectives to gather feedback and derive actionable items to enhance the team and our product.
  • I will support our software products in user environments.
  • I shall contribute to knowledge sharing and support the overall growth of the team's collective knowledge.
  • I will practice paired programming and test-driven development in software writing and product building.
  • I will establish and maintain continuous integration, continuous delivery, and continuous deployment pipelines and practices.
