This law firm in Murrieta - focused on assisting veterans - is seeking an Intake Legal Receptionist to join their growing team! This Legal Receptionist should feel comfortable fielding 40 calls per day. Please do not apply without prior receptionist experience, ideally, close to this volume. Responsibilities: + fielding calls/leads to pass basic info to intake + scheduling/coordinating with clients around the country for hearings and attorney calls + looking in case management system to see case status + scheduling next step calls with the attorney. This Legal Receptionist must be positive, helpful, and solutions-oriented. They will establish relationships because these clients have long-term cases. Details of Role: · Hours: Preferably 8:30am - 5pm · Profile that would be a fit: o Strong attention to detail. o Being able to de-escalate with upset clients. A calming nature! o Being a veteran / knowledge of the VA is helpful! Otherwise, someone who has worked in administrative law or immigration law are the closest thing Perks of Company: · "I'm passionate about what I do! Requirements - At least 1 year of experience in receptionist or administrative roles. - Proven ability to manage schedules across multiple time zones - this is key! - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Excellent customer service skills, with a passion for helping others. - Ability to handle high call volumes and multi-line phone systems effectively. - Experience in de-escalating situations and managing upset clients. - Familiarity with administrative or immigration law is a plus. - Knowledge of VA processes or experience working with veterans is highly desirable. - Ability to commute to Murrieta 3-4x/week.
