Your Impact:
As a Tele-therapist, you'll play a crucial role in providing essential mental health services to individuals in need. You'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives by offering support and guidance through a secure, online platform.
What You'll Do:
Provide Tele-therapy Services: Conduct intake sessions, therapy, and counseling through a HIPAA-compliant online system.
Analyze and Understand: Evaluate psychological and psychosocial aspects of individual relationships to gain insight into patients' thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.
Collaborate on Care: Work as part of a treatment team to determine, coordinate, and implement appropriate care plans.
Document Progress: Prepare and maintain detailed progress notes and discharge summaries.
Create a Safe Space: Maintain a therapeutic and secure environment for all patients.
Facilitate Group Sessions: Lead therapeutic groups that address specific treatment issues and reinforce treatment plans.
Contribute to the Team: Provide valuable observational feedback within a multidisciplinary team setting.
Stay Current: Maintain all required certifications and licenses.
What We're Looking For:
A Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Maryland.
Professional licensure that enables independent practice.
1-3 years of post-licensure experience.
A passion for pioneering behavioral healthcare through tele-therapy.
Comfort and proficiency with technology.
Excellent communication skills.
An Updated CAQH profile is a plus.
Position Details:
Flexible scheduling, determined in collaboration with our AtHome Operations team, with availability 7 days a week, 7am-11pm.
100% remote work from your home or a private, confidential space.
Assistance with obtaining additional state licensure if needed.

Competitive hourly pay: $34 - $41 (final offer based on experience, education, and licensure).
