Our med spa is seeking skilled, compassionate, and client-focused Licensed Estheticians to join our newest location. The ideal candidate combines technical expertise in skincare and cosmetic procedures with excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for client care. In this role, you'll play a vital part in creating an exceptional experience that enhances confidence, wellness, and results for every client.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a wide range of facial and skincare treatments, including chemical peels, microdermabrasion, microneedling, body treatments, and cryotherapy , ensuring safe and effective results for each client.
• Conduct comprehensive skin analyses and consultations to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to clients' unique skincare needs and goals.
• Recommend professional skincare products and design at-home skincare routines to enhance and maintain treatment results.
• Educate clients on proper skincare practices, pre- and post-treatment care, and overall skin health maintenance.
• Evaluate and document clients' skin conditions , identifying concerns such as sensitivities, allergies, or contraindications, and adjusting treatments accordingly.
• Maintain accurate client records , tracking treatment history, progress, and outcomes to ensure consistency and care quality.
• Ensure a clean, sanitized, and organized work environment , following strict hygiene and sterilization protocols for all tools, equipment, and treatment areas.
• Uphold all legal, ethical, and professional standards , ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining client confidentiality at all times.

Requirements:

• Current Esthetician license.
• Experience in medical esthetics
• Knowledge of skincare products and treatments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent time management skills
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule

Job Type: Full-Time, Part-Time

Salary: $19 Hourly Pay + Tips & Commission

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
