Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Esthetician and/or Massage Therapist who can provide high-quality skincare treatments and therapeutic massages. Ideal candidates will have a strong commitment to client care and a desire to create personalized experiences for each guest.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of skincare treatments, including facials, chemical peels, and body treatments.
- Provide therapeutic and relaxation massage services tailored to individual client needs.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming treatment space, ensuring all tools and products are sanitized.
- Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and product knowledge to provide the best service possible.
- Build strong relationships with clients and offer tailored skincare advice.
- Assist in retail sales of skincare products and recommend follow-up treatments.
Qualifications:
- Valid esthetician and/or massage therapy license in New York.
- Proven experience in a luxury spa or similar environment is preferred.
- Knowledge of advanced skincare treatments and modalities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and foster a positive atmosphere.
- Flexible schedule with availability on weekends and evenings.
