Position Title:

• Sugarista – Waxing Specialist / Esthetician.

Work Schedule:

• Seeking an individual available and ready to work on weekdays from 1 PM to 8 PM.

Position Overview:

• Organic waxing (sugaring) is exceptional for its natural ingredients and safe for all skin types, especially sensitive skin.
• We are looking for a hard-working & energetic professional to join our team! 
• The perfect candidate must have very strong customer service and communication skills along with the ability to multi-task and keep a positive salon environment.
• We offer sugaring, lash lifts, brow laminations, tinting, & vajacial services!

• Esthetician (Required).

Core Responsibilities:

• A willingness to learn.
• Greeting your client and explain what their service entails.
• Make sure your room is always clean, before the start of your shift, during, and after your shift ends.
• Communicating with reception if there are any changes to client services or special requests.
• Knowledge of our product line in case one of our guests would like to purchase them.
• Knowledge of current discounts and packages they may want to ask you while they are in the room with you.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Understanding for people with sensitive skin who may need to be coached during their first experience.
• Knowledge of Sugar paste is not required since we have our very own trainer who will work with you every step of the way.
• Maintain OR state esthetic license and cleanliness of room and equipment per state requirements.

Salary:

• Base pay per hour.
• Tips.
• Commissions on Product.
• Annual Bonus Potential.

Shift Requirements:

• Sunday –OFF.
• Monday—1PM to 8PM.
• Tuesday—1PM to 8PM.
• Wednesday—1PM to 8PM.
• Thursday—1PM to 8PM.
• Friday—1PM to 8PM.
• Saturday – OFF.

• Salary: $15.45 - $30.00 per hour.

Hourly Rate Enhancement:
A potential increase in hourly wages is available after three months of continuous employment. This decision is subject to management discretion and contingent upon meeting the specified criteria for the raise.
