Licensed Insurance Agent
THIS IS A HYBRID ROLE!!!!!

Location: Tampa, FL (Local candidates only — Hybrid schedule)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $45K–$60K base (DOE, proof of income required) + $10K–$20K incentive potential = $55K–$80K total compensation

Position Overview

We are seeking a driven and professional Licensed Insurance Agent to join a well-established insurance agency based in Tampa, FL. This is a hybrid role with strong earning potential, offering a collaborative, client-focused environment and growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and personalized service
Provide accurate quotes, present coverage options, and close new business opportunities
Manage renewals, endorsements, and account servicing with attention to detail and compliance
Utilize agency systems including Epic, Quote Rush, Citizens Insurance (Easylinks), RingCentral, Microsoft Outlook, and Excel
Represent the agency at client meetings and community events in a professional manner
Consistently meet or exceed sales and client retention goals

Required Qualifications

Active Florida Property & Casualty (P&C) license in good standing
Minimum of 2 years of experience in P&C insurance sales or client service
Proven track record of closing new business and retaining clients
Professional phone presence: articulate, confident, and efficient communicator
Professional appearance and demeanor for client-facing events
Stable work history (no frequent job changes)

Preferred Qualifications

Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
College education preferred
