Job Description

1.根据科研发展趋势或学者/学术机构的需求，寻求合作机会，创办新期刊；

2.负责期刊管理工作，例如吸引优质稿源、拓展编委团队以及市场宣传，推进出刊工作；

3.与国内外期刊主编、编委成员、作者及审稿人建立良好沟通，做好期刊的同行评审工作；

5.完成领导交办的其他任务。

1. Seek collaboration opportunities to launch new journals based on research trends or the needs of scholars/academic organizations;
2. Responsible for journal management, such as attracting quality manuscript sources, expanding editorial board members, and marketing and publicity to promote the publication of the journal;
3. Establish good communication with editors-in-chief, editorial board members, authors and reviewers of domestic and international journals, and do a good job of peer review of journals;
4. be responsible for the publication quality control of the journal, pay attention to the progress of research directions within the journal's subject area, formulate the journal's operation program, and accomplish the journal's development goals. Assist the publisher and journal editorial board team to realize the high quality development of the journal;
5. Complete other tasks assigned by the leadership.
