**Job Description​** Job Description Saint Luke's Health System Women's Health Clinics are looking for a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to be an integral part of our provider team that delivers high quality patient-centered medical care to our community. This position is responsible for assisting providers in the evaluation, management and delivery of professional medical care in a busy multi-specialty physician practice. This position is located at Saint Luke's Women's Health East and is full time Monday-Friday, with no holidays or weekends. Responsibilities: + Provide an excellent patient experience by managing the flow of patients, providing excellent customer service, establishing rapport with patients and maintaining a professional demeanor. + Conduct Pre-visit plans, room patients and obtain vitals + Phlebotomy as needed + Administer injections and coordinate vaccines + Assist providers with procedures + Utilize the EMR system and scan/download documents + Complete various administrative tasks as needed such as prior authorizations, RX refills, etc. + Conduct telephone screening (with protocols) + Cover front office responsibilities as needed + Travel between Saint Luke's Multispecialty clinic locations may be required In this position you will have the opportunity to make a difference in our patients' clinic experience so we are looking for someone that has a positive attitude, strong customer service skills and is eager to be a team player. **Benefits:** + Health, Vision and Dental + Leave of Absence, PTO, and various Welfare plans + Flex Savings Accounts + Health Savings Accounts + Various other Voluntary Benefits Available + Retirement Options + Career Growth Potential + Tuition and Continuing Education Assistance Program Overview The Medical Assistant Program allows participants to learn about a variety of Saint Luke's Physician Group clinics. The 10-week paid program will offer a comprehensive review of body systems including pharmacology, medical terminology, lab values and BLS certification. Medical Assistants in training will also be introduced to Saint Luke's culture with an emphasis on customer service and patient safety. Schedule Week 1-5: In class didactic content Week 5-8: Clinicals with instructor Week 9-10: Home clinic orientation with Success Coach No experience as a Medical Assistant or not been through a Medical Assistant Program?
