: The Brooks Clinic is looking for a reliable and friendly Front Desk Associate with a great work ethic. Must be organized, an effective communicator, resourceful, with high performance and ethical standards, a self-starter able to handle details well, and wanting to take on more responsibility as you become more knowledgeable and we expand. You will be someone who wants to grow in responsibility and help take a clinic through a steep growth curve. For more than 25 years, The Brooks Clinic has been the premier auto accident injury clinic in Oklahoma City, OK You'll be responsible for:

• Maintaining patient flow in a very busy practice.
• Answering patient phone calls.
• Scheduling patients.
• Check in all patients.
• Verify patient insurance.
• Answer patient questions.
• Knowing basic computer functions is a must.
• Sending out specialist referrals.
• Coordination of patient care with the clinic physician.
• Energetic and enthusiastic personality.
• Providing a great patient experience by being friendly, helpful, and compassionate.

Job Type: Full-time. Monday-Thursday 8 am.-6 pm. Friday 8 am.-3 pm. No Weekends, No major Holidays. Required education:
