Job Summary:

As a Teletherapist, you will provide therapy sessions through a HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform, offering clients 45-60-minute sessions. Full-time therapists typically manage a caseload of approximately 30 client sessions per week, though we understand it may take time to build a steady schedule. We're happy to support you in starting on a part-time basis if you prefer, with the option to transition to full-time as your caseload grows. We also welcome part-time teletherapists who can commit to offering at least 7 sessions per week.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Conduct virtual therapy sessions, typically lasting 45-60 minutes each
Complete client assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes
Share insights and recommendations on strategies and techniques that best support our clients' needs
Be an active contributor to a growing, collaborative team
Qualifications and Skills:

Active LCSW, LPC, or LCP license in Virginia, with eligibility to be credentialed with major insurance panels. Additional state licenses are a plus!
Experience working with diverse populations
A team-oriented mindset with a desire to contribute ideas and solutions to improve client care
Flexibility to grow your caseload over time
Must have a stable, high-speed internet connection and a HIPAA-compliant space for conducting sessions
Comfort with remote work and conducting therapy via telehealth
