💰 Pay: $13–$14/hr.
This is your chance to build experience, get exposure, and make lasting industry connections — all while doing what you love. Many of our agents go on to secure full-time roles with leading builders thanks to the experience they gain through us.
✨ What You’ll Be Doing:
Greet and assist prospective buyers in beautiful model home communities
Build relationships and gather contact info for follow-up
Support the on-site sales team with tours, paperwork, and daily operations
Provide an amazing first impression for every visitor
Open and close the sales office and model homes
✅ What You’ll Need:
A valid Nevada Real Estate License (and willingness to transfer it to JWilliams Staffing)
Polished communication and customer service skills
A professional appearance and team-player mindset
Reliable transportation
A passion for real estate and people!
