Angular 16+ (components, services, RxJS, routing, forms)

Senior Full Stack Application Developer to design, build, enhance, and support enterprise web applications using a modern Microsoft/Angular stack. This role contributes across the full application lifecycle-from database design and API development through front-end implementation-working in a collaborative Agile/Scrum environment alongside developers, QA, and business analysts.

Location / Period of Performance

• Place of Performance: On-site at Washington, DC
• Period of Performance: February 2, 2026 December 31, 2026 (potential extension to 2027)
• Citizenship: U.S. Citizen required

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop features across the full technology stack ( Angular UI , .NET 8 / ASP.NET Core Web API , EF Core , SQL Server ).
• Create and maintain database schemas , stored procedures , and optimized SQL queries .
• Build secure, scalable RESTful APIs , including service integrations and external/internal data interfaces.
• Implement responsive, accessible, and intuitive user experiences using Angular 16+ .
• Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code; apply secure coding and performance best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across UI, API, and database layers.
• Participate in code reviews , automated testing, release planning, and deployment activities.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, QA, and engineers to refine requirements and deliver solutions.
• Follow CI/CD processes using Git, GitLab , and related tooling.
• Support application modernization efforts and contribute to architecture improvements.

Required Skills & Experience

• 7+ years of professional development experience with .NET (C#) building web applications.
• Strong hands-on expertise in the core stack:
  • .NET 8 and ASP.NET Core Web API
  • Entity Framework Core
  • SQL Server (T-SQL, indexing, performance tuning, stored procedures)
  • Angular 16+ (components, services, RxJS, routing, forms)
• Experience with Git-based version control and team workflows (branching, merge requests).
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven experience delivering in Agile/Scrum teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with microservices architecture and distributed systems patterns.
• Containerization knowledge (Docker; Kubernetes exposure a plus).
• Cloud implementation experience (Azure/AWS/GCP).
• Strong proficiency with unit testing frameworks and automated testing practices (backend and/or frontend).
