Optometrist - High Income + Great Benefits - Warwick, RI
We are looking to hire a full-time optometrist to serve patients and deliver excellent care in Warwick, Rhode Island! 20 min drive to Providence!
DETAILS:
- Full Time.
- Scope of practice includes: Primary Care, Medical, Pre-/Post-Ops.
- Large office! Work with multiple doctors in an OD/MD setting.
- On-call schedule.
- Only six times per year.
- You will be paid for the call.
- 25 patients per day on average.
- Full support team, including scribe and technician support.
- Updated technology - OCT, Visual field, Optos, EMR.
SCHEDULE:
- 5 days a week.
- 4-day work week available.
- Hours are 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM.
- 32 hours, 36 hours, or 40 hours options.
COMPENSATION + BENEFITS:
- Base and 32% of net collections.
- 1st year income average is: $170,000.
- 2nd year income range: $180,000 - $200,000 ramped up to increased volume.
- Must work 30 hours per week to be eligible for benefits.
