We are a busy family of four near MSU in Bentonville, AR, seeking a part-time babysitter to join us. The position is perfect for a university student or retired person looking for flexible work. The primary responsibilities include caring for our Pre-K daughter and teen son, providing transportation for pick-ups and drop-offs, running errands 2-3 times a week, and occasionally staying overnight. Additional duties involve light cleaning, laundry, tidying, and occasional house and pet sitting for our two cats and two dogs. The schedule includes 2-3 afternoons and evenings per week with a flexible start date around Mon, Sep 15, 2025. A valid driver's license, a reliable personal vehicle, a background check, and references are required. We also offer the option to rent our private second-floor guest bedroom at a reasonable rate.
