Part-Time University Admin/Budget Support

Responsibilities:
Provide crucial administrative support to various university
departments.
Assist with document preparation, data entry, and general office
duties.
Monitoring and reconciling accounting statements from an established budget
Address inquiries from students, faculty, and visitors with a
customer-centric approach.
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations.
Contribute to creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere within the
university community.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative work.
Past experience in calendar management and travel arrangements
Familiarity with office setting budget practices
Proven collaboration and interpersonal abilities
Proficient in MS Office Suite
Must be comfortable and professional regarding the handling of confidential information
Preferred Qualifications:
Proficient in Concur
Prior experience in a higher education setting
