• Manage day-to-day administrative tasks for the executive team
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel itineraries
• Handle correspondence and communications on behalf of the executives
• Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations
• Assist in the planning and execution of company events and meetings
• Maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
