Job Title: Part-Time or Full-Time Certified Personal Trainer at Plymouth Creek Athletic Club – located in the Crowne Plaza Minneapolis Hotel in Plymouth, MN.
Job Summary: We are looking to hire an experienced independent personal trainer to provide one-on-one personal training.
To be successful as a personal trainer you should demonstrate patience, enthusiasm, and understanding of the client’s needs to provide the proper training session.
Personal Trainer Responsibilities:
- Help clients set short and long-term fitness goals.
- Plan a fitness program to help clients achieve their goals.
- Teach, motivate and coach clients in how to follow their programs safely and effectively.
- Give advice on health, general nutrition and lifestyle changes.
- Check and record clients' progress.
- Promote your services and do business admin tasks.
- Support & empower clients to be their best selves.
- Set your own schedule.
Personal Trainer Requirements:
- General Liability Insurance.
- CPT or Exercise Science degree.
- Proven experience working as a personal trainer.
- Completion of W-9 Form.
- Sound knowledge of proper training techniques.
- Excellent conflict resolution skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Passionate and enthusiastic.
Salary: Salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
