Physician
Location: Princeton, NJ (onsite).
Schedule: 3 weekdays onsite, 7:45am-4:30pm. (≈ 24 hrs/week; no weekends or on call).
Compensation: From $180,000, W‑2 per year + full benefits.
Start date: 11/3/2025
Employer: New Jersey physician‑owned professional corporation (clinical).
Administrative Partner: VitalCheck Wellness Inc. (non‑clinical support).

Responsibilities
Direct all clinical services (preventive, primary and urgent care) for adult employees.
Develop evidence‑based protocols and wellness initiatives for a newly established clinic.
Provide in‑person services 3 days a week and telehealth visits; typical panel ≈ 8–12 patients/day.
Mentor and evaluate an integrated care team; foster an engaging, patient‑first culture.
Partner with corporate stakeholders on onsite events, screening campaigns and health education.
Qualifications
MD/DO active clean board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Preventative Medicine or Occupational Medicine.
Minimum three years post‑residency clinical working experience.
Active New Jersey medical license, DEA, BLS/ACLS.
Passionate about prevention, patient education and re‑designing care delivery.
Proficient with EMRs and telehealth platforms.
Able to commute reliably to Princeton, NJ.
