We’re seeking an exceptional, people-focused leader  with  proven experience in management.  The ideal candidate is poised, organized, and genuinely invested in people, someone who can balance operational oversight with authentic care for both patients and team members. This position is great for someone looking for a long-term commitment with a strong desire to lead others.

About

The  Practice   Manager is the heartbeat of the  practice - responsible for cultivating a culture of collaboration, accountability, and joy. This role ensures Skin by Lovely’s signature 5-star experience is consistently brought to life: where every detail is intentional, every team member feels valued, and every patient leaves feeling seen, cared for, and confident.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead & Inspire: Guide and develop the clinical and administrative teams through regular 1:1s, feedback sessions, and coaching conversations, creating an environment of trust, growth, and engagement.
  • Drive Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day clinic operations including financial management, scheduling, timekeeping, and PTO approvals to ensure smooth flow and efficiency.
  • Champion the Patient Experience: Handle patient concerns with empathy, accountability, and professionalism, always upholding our standard of exceptional care.
  • Front-of-House Excellence: Oversee hospitality and front-desk operations, ensuring the check-in, communication, and check-out process reflects the warmth and polish our brand is known for.
  • Oversee Inventory & Supplies: Manage medical, retail, and non-medical inventory to maintain readiness and support business goals.
  • Model Our Values: Build morale, celebrate wins, address challenges with poise, and embody the integrity and kindness that define our culture.
  • Execute roll-out of new policies with a growth mindset while supporting senior leadership.

What you’ll Bring

  • Proven experience as a leader of people where you’ve successfully coached, supported, and developed others.
  • A natural advocate for both employees and company’s performance goals. You serve as the bridge that maintains harmony between people and process, balancing positive team morale with strong execution of business needs and policies.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with an authentic ability to connect, listen, and build trust across all levels of the organization while holding yourself and your team accountable to your goals.
  • Highly organized, solutions-oriented, with financial acumen.
  • An ability to anticipate needs, think critically, and remain calm under pressure.
  • A collaborative yet autonomous working style - you’re comfortable partnering cross-functionally while confidently managing day-to-day operations and decision-making.
  • Experience providing constructive feedback, leading through influence, and driving teams toward measurable growth, accountability, and success.

Experience Required

  • Leadership experience within a medical aesthetics, dermatology, wellness, or luxury hospitality environment.
  • Background in operations, performance management, or patient experience leadership a plus.
  • Degree or relevant credential in business, healthcare administration, or related field preferred.

A Day in the Life

This role beautifully blends people leadership with patient experience. Each day begins with a team huddle, setting the tone for alignment and success. You’ll manage clinic flow, ensure operational excellence, and provide real-time coaching and support to your team. Whether celebrating a win or navigating a challenge, you’ll lead with heart, creating an environment where both patients and employees thrive.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary: $85,000–$90,000 annually, plus bonus eligibility

Benefits: Comprehensive Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance coverage

Continuing Education: Annual Continuing Education Stipend

Perks: Complimentary aesthetic treatments and exclusive employee discounts
