Description Position at Empire Packing JBS is seeking an hourly PRODUCTION Team Member! Position starts at $18.00 per hour.  Benefits Include  ~Paid vacation and holidays  ~Medical, dental and vision benefits ~401(k) plan ~Better Futures Program Essential Duties and Responsibilities   ~General labor must have physical strength, hand-eye coordination, and endurance.  ~Laborers must be able to concentrate on their tasks without distractions.   ~Operate heavy machinery.  ~Provide labor support to other areas.  ~Arriving at scheduled time, working where and as directed, and staying until work is done, or until supervisor and/or manager indicate work is done. Some overtime work may be scheduled and required.   ~Identify any safety concerns or hazards and report them.  ~Must be well-organized with good attention to detail.  ~Display a strong work ethic and positive attitude.  ~Adaptable and dependable with the ability to follow directions and work cooperation with others.  ~Must maintain a helpful and professional attitude and appearance.    Qualifications   ~Requires ability to lift, push, pull up to 50 lb  ~Ability to stand for long periods of time  ~Additional qualifications as needed    Work Environment  The work environment may include cold and/or hot temperatures for majority of work shift.
