Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Public Relations Associate to join our communications team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping and maintaining our company’s public image through strategic outreach and proactive media relations. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about building relationships with journalists and influencers, crafting compelling narratives, and effectively communicating our brand story.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing public relations strategies and campaigns.
• Write and distribute press releases, media advisories, and other communication materials.
• Maintain and update media contacts and press lists.
• Monitor media coverage and track public relations metrics.
• Coordinate logistics for press events, interviews, and speaking engagements.
• Support social media outreach by creating engaging content and monitoring online conversations.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in public relations, communications, or a similar role.
• Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with media databases and PR tracking tools.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
