Job Description Pattern Promotions We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Public Relations Associate to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in shaping and maintaining our company’s public image and managing communication strategies that engage and inform our audience. As a Public Relations Associate, you will be tasked with creating compelling media content, developing relationships with journalists, and coordinating outreach efforts that enhance our brand’s visibility. Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and implementation of public relations strategies and campaigns.
• Create and distribute press releases, media kits, and other content materials.
• Build and maintain relationships with local and national media outlets and journalists.
• Coordinate and manage logistics for press events, conferences, and media briefings.
• Monitor media coverage and analyze the effectiveness of PR campaigns and initiatives.
• Support social media strategies by developing engaging content and managing interactions.

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a public relations role or similar capacity.
• Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with media relations and understanding of how media operates.
• Experience with social media platforms and analytics tools.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
