Job Description:

• We need a Feature / ML Platform Engineer (Contractor) to build and support production-grade offline and online feature pipelines using Databricks, Spark/PySpark, Delta Lake, and streaming platforms (Kafka/Event Hub).
• This role will develop and maintain our feature store, ensure training-serving consistency, build low-latency feature retrieval layers for real-time model scoring, and support ML workflows end-to-end.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience with ML feature engineering, feature stores (Databricks FS, Feast, or equivalent), cloud platforms, and data quality practices.
• 4+ years of Hands-on use of GenAI engineering tools (Cursor, Windsurf, GitHub Copilot, Databricks Assistant) is required to accelerate pipeline development, validation, automation, and documentation.
• 5+ years of experience in delivering tested, reliable, well-documented feature pipelines and enable seamless integration with downstream ML and decisioning systems.
