Job Description

As a Lube Technician (Greaser) you will play a vital role in ensuring the production plants and mobile equipment are properly maintenance and lubricated.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND DUTIES OF POSITION:

• Ensure a safe work environment in compliance with all safety policies and procedures using the appropriate tools and equipment for the task.
• Follow all company policies and MSHA regulations for safe working procedures and environment.
• Perform oil changes, fluid checks, filter replacements, and greasing components on various types of heavy machinery to uphold optimal performance and prevent mechanical issues.
• Lubricate and inspect production plants to uphold optimal performance and prevent mechanical issues.
• Maintain detailed records of all maintenance performed, including service dates, types of services, and any identified issues, in written or electronic form.
• Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS :

• High School diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.
• 1-3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Must be able to provide proper documentation that you have the legal right to work in the United States.

WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

• Knowledge of servicing heavy construction equipment and industrial tools.
• Flexibility to work overtime and in various weather conditions.

• Able to stand, walk, use hands and fingers to manipulate objects or controls, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, talk and hear.
• Vision abilities (with correction) include close, distance, peripheral, depth, and the ability to adjust focus.
• Must be able to repetitively lift up to 60 pounds, walk, stoop, squat, sit, kneel and be capable of passing required physical examination
