Responsibilities: What You’ll Do:As a Mentor, you’ll guide new and developing agents through the ins and outs of the business. From contracts and client relationships to marketing and mindset, you’ll be their go-to for knowledge, encouragement, and accountability. You'll provide support through check-ins, training sessions, and real-time guidance to help them succeed.
