SCOPE: Responsible for the Covington front desk reception area, communications coordination, and patient registration. Responsible for supporting all fucntions such as collecting copays, queuing patients, assisting with medical chart management. Responsible for notifying medical staff if a patient needs assistance in waiting area.FUNCTIONS:
1. Management of incoming phone calls to the center. 2. Business office liaison. 3. Medical chart management. 4. Patient registration, communication, and copays. 5. Coordination of all patient scheduling.
QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma or equivalent required. 2 years experience in reception, administration or customer service required.
Experience in reception in a clinic setting highly preferred.
Experience with EMR systems highly preferred.
