**Job Description** Partners with management in the identification, recruitment, and qualification of Oracle's top talent on a national basis. Develops and implements recruitment/resourcing programs. \#LI-DNI **Responsibilities** Identify, recruit, and qualify potential candidates for the hiring initiatives needed by the Lines of Business. Assist in the development and execution of the recruiting strategy including identifying creative approaches to recruiting. Participate in the candidate selection process. Plan and execute recruitment events. Develop and maintain effective relationships with candidates. Develop a recruiting strategy with Oracle's Lines of Business to ensure quality hires within the organizations budget. Manage the full recruiting life cycle within assigned Oracle's Lines of Business. Serve as a technical specialist in sourcing, recruiting, and identifying qualified applicants for highly specialized and difficult to attract positions. Implement recruiting plans with a diversity lens. Plan, execute and manage interviews for candidates /managers. Lead the development of collateral material for recruitment initiatives. May train and mentor other team members. Have project lead role. May perform other duties as assigned. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
