• What You’ll Do
• Training & Development
• Organize and coordinate new hire onboarding and employee training
• Keep SOPs and training materials fresh and effective
• Track progress and celebrate wins in personal development
• Culture Building
• Act as the voice and heart of our culture, ensuring our core values are lived daily
• Organize team-building events, recognition programs, and cultural celebrations
• Be a trusted bridge between management and staff, creating a feedback-rich environment

Collaboration & Support

• Partner with department heads to identify growth opportunities for their teams
• Help design internal communication tools that keep everyone inspired and aligned
• Promote initiatives that motivate, empower, and unite our workforce

What We’re Looking For

• A natural people-person with excellent communication skills
• Strong organizational ability with attention to detail
• Experience in training, HR, coaching, or leadership development (preferred but not required)
• Comfort with digital tools and platforms (Google Workspace, project tools, etc.)
• A positive, career-minded professional who wants to grow with us
• Availability for part-time hours with some flexibility
