Our modern, patient-focused dental office is looking for a compassionate, skilled Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our growing team. Responsibilities Include:
Assisting the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures
Preparing treatment rooms and sterilizing instruments per OSHA protocols
Taking digital X-rays, intraoral scans and extraoral photos
Educating patients on post-operative care and oral hygiene
Maintaining accurate patient records and charts in our digital system
Providing outstanding chairside support and a calming presence for every patient
Supporting front office tasks when needed
✅ Qualifications:
Current Tennessee RDA license (required)
Radiology certification (required)
CPR certification (preferred or must obtain upon hiring)
Experience with digital dentistry and dental software (We use OpenDental and Modento)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude and a true team player
