Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Lead Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong clinical background and leadership skills, ensuring the highest quality of patient care. As a Clinical Lead Nurse, you will oversee nursing staff, coordinate patient care activities, and serve as a liaison between patients and healthcare providers. This role is pivotal in maintaining clinical excellence and fostering a supportive environment for both staff and patients.

Certifications:  BLS,

PRIOR OUTPATIENT/CLINIC EXP REQUIRED. Travelers ok, locals also ok.
This position is for an RN who will be working at a clinic supporting orders, med refills, patient triage, and education.

GI Experience Highly Preferred

• Valid nursing license in the state of practice.
• Proven experience in clinical settings such as Level I Trauma Centers or acute care facilities.
• Proficiency in IV infusion techniques and acute pain management practices.
• Familiarity with medical-surgical nursing principles and memory care protocols.
• Experience in ophthalmology or spinal tap procedures is a plus.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide nursing teams.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of care.

Shift:  Day (5x8 Hours) 8:00 17:00
