Director of Rehab Broad River Rehab is seeking a Rehab Director to join our Asheville NC Skilled Nursing Facility. As the Director of Rehabilitation, you will oversee the delivery of high-quality therapy services (PT/PTA/OT/COTA ) in a skilled nursing setting. You’ll manage department operations, support clinical excellence, and foster a collaborative environment that empowers therapists to make a meaningful impact in residents’ lives. Full time position - Open to a PTA (Physical Therapy Assistant) or PT(Physical Therapist) or COTA (Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant) or OT (Occupational Therapist) with Prior Management with PDPM experience Preferred Salaried with Quarterly Bonus included Qualifications Current state licensure as a (PTA or COTA) Associate, Doctorate of Masters Degree in appropriate discipline- PT/OT/PTA/COTA Minimum of 1year of supervisory or management experience in a rehab setting Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Familiarity with EMR systems and Medicare/Medicaid guidelines At Broad River Rehab we value our staff and their dedication to our mission of making a difference in every resident’s life.
