Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team, either remotely or in-office. Key Objectives

  • Assist with travel arrangements and expense reporting as needed.
  • Support event planning and coordination efforts.
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline administrative processes.
  • Perform other related duties to support business operations.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
