Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate is proactive, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision. You will support daily administrative, communication, and operational needs to help streamline workflows and improve efficiency across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
• Handle email inboxes, draft responses, and organize communications
• Perform data entry, file management, and document organization
• Conduct basic online research as needed
• Assist with social media scheduling and light content support
• Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and simple presentations
• Provide general administrative support to leadership and team members
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally

Required Qualifications:

• Must be legally authorized and currently residing in the USA or Canada
• Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant or in an administrative role
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Proficiency with remote work tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Slack, Zoom, etc.)
• Tech-savvy and able to learn new systems quickly
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet remote work environment

Preferred Skills:

• Social media management experience
• Basic knowledge of CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
• Familiarity with project management tools (Trello, Asana, ClickUp)
