Summers Plumbing Heating & Cooling, a trusted name in Peru, IN, is seeking a full-time Residential Plumber - Plumbing Technician to join our award-winning team. Responsibilities

• Install residential plumbing equipment and systems according to company standards and local codes
• Service and repair water heaters and other plumbing fixtures
• Conduct thorough inspections of plumbing systems to ensure safety and functionality
• Communicate effectively with customers, providing clear explanations of technical issues and solutions
• Maintain a professional appearance and uphold the company's reputation for excellent customer service
• Participate in ongoing training and team meetings to stay current with industry best practices
• Contribute to a positive, team-centered work environment

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience as a plumber
• Valid driver's license
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Professional demeanor and respect for customers and their property
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a desire for a long-term career

Compensation

$55,000–$85,000 per year , plus a $5,000 sign-on bonus for licensed plumbers .
